Mcdonald's Restaurants

I recently visited this McDonald's on my way back from Birmingham at 10:15 at night. When we pulled up, we waited to be greeted and it took quite a long time. My partner got frustrated and made a comment, to which a girl responded by threatening not to take our order if we swore. I decided not to order from them and confronted the girl about her reaction. She closed the glass doors and smirked at me. We asked to speak to the manager, but they were unhelpful and claimed their staff member heard us swear. I was very disappointed with the rude and unprofessional staff and the lack of good service. I would not recommend this restaurant.

In Swadlincote, I could have purchased the food from a supermarket, gone home, cooked it, eaten it, and cleaned all the dishes before going through their drive-thru system. There were only 2 cars in front of me, but it still took 20 minutes to drive 5 yards. When I got home, my order was wrong. I ordered two sausage egg McMuffin meals, how can they get that wrong? This McDonald's is the most incompetent I have ever been to. Absolutely useless. Not even worthy of 1 star.

I wanted to express how well the staff took care of us and our grandchildren. The food was served quickly, hot, and delicious. TRACEY DAVIS provided excellent service and made us feel safe and welcome. She was very attentive to our 9-year-old and 4-year-old, ensuring they were informed about the food and safety measures.

I recently visited this place after a long lunch break at the Catchems inn I had thrown a few pints and shots down the hatch with a lovely lad at the Catchems called Cameron. I then drove here with it being the nearest local McDonalds. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and the toy inside was astounding. I LOVE MR MEN! I have been back every day since to try and collect all of them. thank you Cameron for the pints. thank you to the staff for the McDonalds. I met a bloke there called Steve he said he was the manager and I couldn't think of a better bloke to lead a team like this. food was piping hot and immaculate

Good breakfast as usual , quick as with all McDonalds , clean and i love the table service that McD have introduced
