Wow! Absolutely delicious meal! Delivered right on time, pipping got. Very large portion we couldn’t eat it all. Highly recommended we will definitely be using this service again!! 5 stars.

I ordered a delivery which i was told would arrive at 1pm. After caling just for an update i rudely heard the chef in the background shouting ‘tell them its on the way what more do they want’, maybe the staff should be more professional or quieter so they cannot be heard. I was then told that they do deliverys per hour, maybe it would be wise to explain this when people call up to make an order.

After our visit today we were absolutely disgusted when our lunch came out the potatoes were raw couldn’t even put a fork in them everybody sent them back that was 6 meals spoilt as a Sunday dinner is made with roast spuds,so we ended up with just veg n meat,we complained about this but nobody could give us an explanation why then we ordered puddings which we had to wait for 25mins for which you would of thought they would of been more on the ball after we hadn’t really had a dinner.and to add insult only got £1.00 each knocked off each meal.we felt sorry for the waitress as she had to take all the flak and no management even came and apologised so much for customers come first

I visited this restaurant on a Friday evening for the offer of two steaks and a bottle of wine for £20, and it was excellent value for money. I will definitely return in the future. It is a charming little country pub.

Today, we stopped by for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The atmosphere was great, with Bublé swing music playing in the background, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The 3-course lunch from the special menu exceeded our expectations, with each dish being piping hot and delicious. We will definitely be returning and recommend that if you are near Atherstone, you should make the effort to visit this hidden gem of a restaurant. Thank you.
