Muffin Delight - North Vancouver

One of, if not the best mango black tea lemonades I've had. The gentleman running the shop is very friendly, and runs a nice clean place. I'd almost make the trip from Calgary to get one.

I asked for an (off-menu) Iced Oat Latte with Tapioca and they made it for me! It’s great! Fast service too.

Had was at this adorable little cafe. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was friendly. I also tried their avocado toast, which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing breakfast or brunch spot.

This is hands down one of the worst muffins I have ever spent my money on. I purchased a deal for 6 of them and they were terrible - rubbery and undercooked inside. Even popping them in the oven didn't improve the taste or texture. I've had better and fresher muffins from places like Safeway. Save your money and don't bother with these so-called pastries. They should not be allowed to sell these. I wasted $23 on 6 muffins; after taking a bite of each one, I had to throw them away. Do not recommend.
