Deep Cove Pizza - North Vancouver

OMG the WORST! just ordered a large pizza for $26 off the online menu. when i arrived for pick up, i was charged $39! when i complained about the $13 (50%! difference in price, the owner told me the website has been 'defunct ' since 2020. is this really MY problem?? She accepted NO responsibility and offered NO apology but simply stated she would not be lowering the price despite the advertised price on her website. i am a local resident who will NEVER again order from this very poor pizza place. BAD and dishonest business!!i left, leaving the pizza and headed up to DJJ 's Pizza up at Parkgate and ordered their Traditional for $23. It was delicious!!after reading through the reviews, it appears this scam has been going on for years. How is this place still in business? Yikes!

The lady working there charged $50 for 5 slices of pizza and 4 coke. Menu says6.25 each and 2.75 for each drink. Yet no receipt. And when asked she said I charged 6.75 and 3.75 for drinks. Pizza are half of Pizza Hut and not very delicious. She doesn’t understand business , she is a macro manager and very rude to customer.Her business practices of charging whatever she wants should be noted.

I've lived in Deep Cove since 1993 and fondly remember when their pizza was a premium pizza and today I'd be will to pay extra if it was but its barely average these days. Today I paid $50 for a Large pie that I picked up. Your paying for the location, not the pizza/ingredients/friendly service lol. They charge what they can for tourism and as a local I'm sad to declare that's my last DEEP COVE PIZZA PIE.

No pricing on the menu and pizza slices were not visible. Ordered a pepperoni pizza slice and was told it would be $7. I was shocked and about to question this when another worker lifted up a pizza slice to show my friend an example. She held up a very large slice so I figured it was worth the cost. I ended up receiving the world’s tiniest slice of pizza (1/4 the size of what she showed as an example) and had to wait 15 minutes for it! The owner/manager was caught off guard by my request for Parmesan cheese on top and insisted multiple times she wrap the slice for me (probably so other customers wouldn’t see how pathetic the slice was). Horribly disappointed with this experience. Will never return and will never recommend Deep Cove Pizza.

We came on Jul 20/23 and there was only one girl working but her service and attitude was amazing despite it seemingly understaffed for the busy summer day. The pizza itself was quite greasy and a bit too cheesy for me but the staff’s cheerful attitude and patience was a really pleasant surprise after the contrasting service at Honey’s. I hope the owners compensate her well for her good work!
