Bidra med feedbackAn overdue review from me, honestly this is the best Pizza on the North Shore. Have been a semi-regular since November of 2020 and the quality has never dropped. As for cost, you're getting a really good pizza or two for a fair price, and the organic crust isn't going to make you regret it later like a Pizza Hut pie.A strong menu with a variety of pizza, only with this local owner with a proven record of good dinners would I risk trying a seafood pizza. If you're willing, give that Staten Island pizza a shot. My household usually walks away with the Bacon Tomato, Genova, Nonna, or D'Troiter. It's a good problem to have when you don't mind wandering the menu every visit. The crusts in all styles are very good, my personal favorite is Detroit Style thick crust (pictured below). The owner has a sharp memory about his customers and a great guy to chat with while the pizza is in the oven. My most recent pizza added anchovies, but I do recommend sticking to the menu first until you become a regular because I really like the recipes without substitutions. This isn't a big place, but you could eat a pizza here with one other person if you're on the road and can't bring it back home as I usually do. One last note, Andy recommended to me that putting the pizza in the oven after taking it home to make it even more crispy. You will need to cut the pizza yourself but I assure you its worth the few bucks to keep a pizza cutter at home.Superb.Vegetarian options: I'm a meat eater through and through but the Nonna pizza is a vegetarian pizza that makes me able to change teams.
After trying numerous pizza spots in the Central Lonsdale area where I live, I finally struck gold with 70 Pizzeria. Their pizza has a wonderfully chewy crust that elevates the whole experience. The flavors and quality are on par with what you'd expect from a high-end restaurant, making each bite a delightful surprise. The owner, Andy was very knowledgeable and friendly too. Definitely a top-tier choice for pizza lovers in the area.
I was pretty disappointed given the positive reviews here I had expected a better than average pizza. Quite the opposite we got 3 relatively expensive pizzas (2 mediums and a small GF) that were all small, thin, sparingly topped, and WAY over cooked. Brown, dry, and chewy. Honestly, even Dominos is better, at half the price. Bummed.
Went in and ordered the Nonna Pizza to go. (3rd best in Canada)Got chatting to the owner while waiting for the order, very friendly.Would go back again, as the pizza was yummy! Nice cheesy-crust with balsamic reduction.
I have been to this restaurant multiple times while visiting from New York. The pizza here is fantastic! I tried the Manhattan, Genova, and the Nonna V pizzas, all of which were absolutely delicious. This would definitely be our regular spot if we lived here. The owner was also amazing.
