Stopped here for sweets and we were very satisfied with the friendly, clean atmosphere in this shop. many sweets to choose and homemade sweets was delicious! will stop again when we are in the opposite!

Wonderful little sweet shop in Utica with truffles and home made chocolate cocoa bombs. The best hot chocolate I’ve ever had!

Another year and Roxie’s has done it again. Their skill on making cakes has gone through the roof not to mention the assortment of other candies and goods you can get inside the store on a daily (chocolate bacon) trust me. I think I found my little secret shop in a small town doing great things.

Very cute place. Affordable. Friendly ownerand staff. We went in with 21 teenagers at the end of a field trip. The students were happy with the selection and the ice cream was a hit. This will be a regular stop when I go to Starved Rock.
