Rockys Pizza - North Utica

I had the shrimp Diablo which was very good the restaurant was slammed there was a ton of small kids there which is always a nightmare Autum my server was very professional they were running a little behind but the manager Caitt kept everything well ran for the amount of people that were in there as I was observing there was definitely some high maintenance tables and a few Karen’s in there so they have their hands full I’ll definitely come back here again good job with the staff they had in the crowd they had to deal with

After swimming all day my grandchildren were ready to eat. So pizza from Jack's Place Restaurant and Bar was the answer. Thin crust pizza was very good.

Be aware that if you order online and customize your pizza with (left) and (right) ingredients it won't matter. Because they'll just throw all the ingredients together. Plus they put some ingredients we didn't order and they missed a few. But we didn't complain. Pizza is not super delicious. Its just alright. I have to say you get a lot of ranch for .50 cents. Another thing, Pizza was late and I called a few times to check the status and the kept hanging the phone. Pizza arrived 20 mins after the estimated time. Not a huge deal but you shouls be aware of it when you order.

We ordered a half sausage and other half tomato, mushroom and black olives pizza and chose pick up as our option. They put all of the toppings on the whole pizza, which is not what we had ordered. The pizza was rubbery as if it had been sitting for a while. We put our order in at 9:03 pm and were told to pick it up at 9:50. The people working that night had already closed the doors when we got there at 9:45 and they had to let us in to get our pizza, which was not even fully done or correct. Super disappointing experience.

Pizza ? was Nasty like Frozen out the box Wife refused too eat even though she was hungry. but the drinks were Good.
