Absolute garbage customer service in 2022! Order and payment for 6 cones. She forgot to call the last cone and began on a new large number of commands. When I told her that a child did not get her order, she insisted that she completed the order. I had 6 people in our van and 1 had no ice cone. I ran into the car to make sure they had 't an ice cream, but when I let them know again, she bleeded me out and told me that she gave me everything I had ordered, although I saw a child in the car as a poor puppy without ice, as all her sisters hurled away, And THEN continued to tell me that I had to pay for the ice cone. I would particularly like to support local companies as our economy is now. That's why we stopped here after our mud hike at the Memorial Day weekend. So that we could show the locals some support, but if you're counting orders when things are busy and then you get a kick from belittling pay customers when they're like, hey ummm we're getting a product that we pay for... , you deserve any bad review that comes your way. And as far as taste goes: your ice cream is completely forgotten, ok best, little choice, its location, building or ambience is not what I need to go back, and their customer service skills make McDonald 's seems like Michelin star status. She seemed to have lined her for an ice cone when she betrayed me by taking my money and not rendering services and then expected me to pay it again. Wow. But a BIG HUGE cries to the big group that paid for this last cone for us when she saw the complete confusion and unrest on my face with ICE CREAM CONE CAREN... Thank you. You didn't have to. But you have prevented an entire instance that made me throw out of the ice cup and still paid without that cone. All are the true MVPs and saints
Easy customer service. The lady who seemed to be responsible was awfully rude, a customer who did not speak very good English told her that she was missing an ice cream and got the wrong taste she ordered, the lady told the customer that she was finished with her order and would have to pay for another ice instead of checking the order. Then she continued to scare me and my children and tell us the same thing.
Terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for 6 cones and was served only 5. When I told her we missed a cone, she said, no, I finished your order, you want another one you have to pay for it. She refused to even think she had made a mistake Bc it was pretty busy. I could have gotten a better customer service. I hate to leave a fucking review for a local business, but they deserve it. Like I'm not trying to cheat you out of an ice cone. I just wanted what I paid for. She betrayed me. Luckily, the big group that was ordered covered the last cone. And honestly, the ice was nothing special that I would go out my way to get back anyway
Well, I never had a chance to try it. Was in line for 15min and ended up leaving. There were 3-4 teenagers working the place. Not one could manage the register. Took the whole time I was in there to ring one person up. On top of that they were incredibly unprofessional yelling and laughing instead tending to customers. Ended up down the street at Roxies Sweet Confection where we were helped right away and the ice cream was Fantastic!
