Genova Pizza - North Township

Just when you think you have seen it all. This was my first visit, asked to sample an item that I was contemplating on getting, was told no. Ordered a pizza, took sometime to get but in the meantime I witness the cashiers cursing out a customer, loudly at that. One cashier was so bold she told the customer OK I 'm from behind the counter, now what? Then she let him know that she don 't give no f__k! The customer finally got his order and left and the cashiers went back to work and on their cell phones as if nothing happened. To top it all off, my pizza was not fully cooked, I had to finish cooking it myself. What a horrible experience. I would not recommend this place, horrible cashiers and uncooked food. These cashiers probably don 't even realize that customers are part of the reason they have a job. Management here, needs to do better! Finally they have a sign that states that once your food is ordered and made no refunds. What is going on with customer service? Enter at your own risk!

Never answer the phone for order. I won’t be back to spend my money with them

Never answer the phone I called on a Saturday for about an hour straight and Never got an answer. Worst service I’ve ever had!

This pizza is so amazing, it's criminal that it tastes so sooooooo good!

Placed an order at 7:30 and didn’t receive it until 9:45 then my food was cold fries was soggy .i called back for a refund or replacement and was on hold for 20 minutes Smdh
