Burger King - North Royalton

Great customer support. Brand new store, tho I cannot understand why BK tears a decent business instead of rebuilding and then claim they are loosing money? Don't make sense! This place is well occupied and has the same great food. I live nearby and I love this place! Missed it for the many months it was closed!

Food was actually hot and freshly costed! Don't understand that often at fast food locations. The nuggets were especially super hot and fresh. The best chicken nuggets I had in a while! Thank you.

It wasn't at a BK in a while. I got the 2/$10 deal. Service was fast and friendly and my pommes were salty and hot! Yum! However, a few days after about 2 a.m., sign on speaker said because of lack of employee closing at 3. Poor girl told me kindly if I ordered it to be a while because she was with herself. I was sooo appreciated her honesty, thanked her and sent her good wishes. I can be impatient and I'd rather have honesty than sitting in my car that took so long. I hope BK pays them well because I know that shorthand can weigh on you and can be very stressful. Stop the TM'S!
