The Jaffle Factory - NORTH RICHMOND

I frequently visit this restaurant to grab a coffee after dropping my kids off at school. The staff is always friendly and the coffee is consistently great.

I was extremely disappointed with the service and effort put into this place. I was excited to try a new restaurant but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

The counter staff were friendly. The chicken in the sandwich was really dry and hard, like a biscuit. There was no butter on the roll and hardly any sauce. I won't be returning as both of my previous meals there were terrible. The coffee tasted like the machine needed to be cleaned.

As soon as I walked in I felt excited about ordering. The decor is so trendy and fresh, with a rustic industrial feel. Tradies and ladies alike would appreciate this environment. After a huge workout at the local gym, a friend and I had freshly squeezed juices. I had a Paradise juice, and asked for ginger included, which was no problem. Yum yum yum! She didn't charge extra to add ginger, and she was very friendly and served us quickly. I asked for a Picollo to follow my juice, and I'm so glad I did. This silky smooth nutty blend was absolutely delicious. It reminded me of a picollo I had in the French Riviera strident but earthy and a perfect temperature. I'm looking forward to returning to try one of their toasted sandwiches.
