Bidra med feedbackService was okay since they are overworked. The fish and chips can be a hit or missed. Some places it’s greasy or not , or too much breading . Surprise how much coleslaw they give. Some other Red Lobster locations only give about 2-3 bites. The crispy cod was very good, not too greasy nor too much breading.
An authentic and icon in seafood restaurants. We celebrated our anniversary and Adriana's birthday. We had an evening to remember with great tasting food and outstanding customer service.
We went late during the week and it turned out to be the perfect time. Our server was amazing the food was delicious and we got to take home extra biscuits . All in all it was a good experience.
Food was amazing. The waiter Amanda seemed a little rude. Had to wait 30 minutes before our biscuits were brought to us. Didn’t get the tequila sauce with the shrimp had to ask a different waiter.
Unfortunately, restaurants like this have just gone downhill each year, and it has gotten worse since COVID. There just seems to be no such thing as customer service. Or even trying to put out a quality product period the kitchen seem to take forever. The food runners had no idea which table. They were supposed to take food to and once you got it, it was lukewarm at best and didn't taste good. We did talk to the management. And they said they are trying some new processes. But they are completely missing the mark. For how much money they expect you to pay for their food and service.
