Kfc - North Richland Hills

This place is a great KFC location! A/C works fine and they have great employees. We came when it wasn't very busy but they still helped everybody. I ordered the #1 (dish with mashed potatoes) and it was great. The #4 (dish with coleslaw) was also good.

Chicken strips are so good and freshed yummy it was great will be back to this location soon! So happy I live across the street.

Employees were excellant. I had a special order that took an additional 20 minutes. I was informed if this before the sale. All went perfect. The only downside was that the size of the dark chicken was much smaller than I remember getting years ago. Flavor and quality was superb.

I want to recognize two outstanding employees that went over above to please a customer. To summarize, I came through the drive thru right at closing time and ordered some chicken breast and was told they did not have anymore cooked because closing time was within 20 minutes. Brandon who was working the window consulted with his manager (Abel) and together Abel Brandon recognized a bad situation and together they turned a bad deal into a very satisfied customer. They complimented my dinner with extra chicken and coleslaw for the inconvenience. I was extremely satisfied KFC customer Thanksvtonthe dedication of these two employees. We order hot wings every year for Christmas! Our neighborhood KFC does not offer wings. Call snow is worth the ride! Excellent customer service!
