Dairy Queen - North Richland Hills

Gravy was pure water. It was cold as if it had been sitting for hours. Worst food I had in Dairy Queen during my 31 years of life. My whole family has food poisoning. Please get rid of this food facility all together.

We were given literal gravy Water, we spent $60 on steak finger meals and this is the water that was served with it. When yall made it you knew it wasn 't gravy but colored water, so why are you giving it your customers??

Came through a couple hours before closing 09 22 2022, allllll I ordered was a small plain cheesecake blizzard w extra cheesecake.. (paid for the extra CC)I kid you not my blizzard had ONE piece.I don’t know what’s wrong with this store but I constantly feel they intentionally do these things.I work these kinds of jobs and know people are hard to deal with but I was kind and patient and was basically spat on.. there’s no way it was accidental because it was JUST ONE… come on guys:

I asked for a cheeseburger mayo, no pickles no onions. Repeated it 3x and it still was wrong. She put no tomatoes or onions. Got it and it had mustard and no cheese. Pretty annoying after repeating it 3x. I did go ask for cheese and they gave it to me. So that was nice.

I ordered a blizzard to redeem my coupon for completing a survey. I WASTE MY TIME waiting in line only to get up to the window and state that I have my coupon I wanted to redeem and then the manager I guess who he was RUDELY told me he wasnt accepting coupons and threw my blizzard away. I just saw a car in front of me hand coupons to him. I will NEVER visit this location again, Im pretty sure I'm done with Dairy Queen all together as this was my first visit back in a LONG time. I am not happy with my visit and how I was treated. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
