Went to the North Providence store this time. Usually go to North Smithfield. What a let down. North Providence food (bakery pizza box) is nowhere near as good and fresh as North Smithfield and unfortunately, neither is the service/staff. Won't be doing that again. Wonder if they have the same owners and managers?

Only ordered here once, but I would definitely do it again. Their pizza is different from other local places. There's a difference in both the sauce and the cheese that I'm unable to describe, but I like it. When I ordered, the edges were all overcooked, but the rest of the pizza was really good. I have faith that they can not burn my crust next time. They also have a discounted yesterday's baked goods section, and we all know we eat that stuff the next day anyway, so I'm going to do that at some point since their other food looks so good. The staff that I encountered was rather casual, but it felt more humanizing than unprofessional. It was two young females. Cool chicks. Prices seem fair. I used a BOGO coupon so I got 2 large cheeses for under $14 (after tax).

Poorly run. They claim to be open until 7, but they won’t pick up the phone or take your order if you try to call at 5:30-6:00. It’s happened to me 3 times now. Who eats pizza before 5 PM? Not the best business plan. If you’re craving pizza for breakfast, maybe this place is for you.
