Bidra med feedbackIt comes as no surprise to me as to how many poor reviews people have left for this location. Not only is the line HORRENDOUS every single day, this location can hardly get our order right. We come to this location as frequent customers but that will soon be coming to an end. I order the same drink every time, a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea (light green tea) and a bagel with cream cheese. When receiving my order via drive thru, the drink that was handed to me was absolutely watered down and there was NO cream cheese on my bagel. I pull around front to go inside to have my order corrected, which the staff proceeded to look at me like I had 5 heads. A young girl had the audacity to say well when I make my refreshers I always add tons of flavor with a snarky attitude. The lady at the register took my bagel, placed it on the counter where money is handled and proceeded to walk to the back. Thinking that she was correcting my order with a new bagel, she comes back to the front with a plastic knife and tries to smear a giant glob of cream cheese on my now already cold bagel. She copped an attitude, angrily crumpled the bagel in the bag and scoffed I guess you 're getting a new bagel . Not only is the customer service so poor, they NEVER have the most popular items in stock. How are you going to advertise a product and not have a back supply knowing it is one of the most if not THE most popular item on the menu. I have been trying to order a pumpkin spice muffin for I don 't know how long now to which I have given up on at this point. This may have been a long review, but everything is true. Today I ordered a hot chocolate which was handed to me with liquid dripping off the side of the cup with no napkins. This store location is in serious need of either new management or new/more staff.
I bought 10 doughnuts today 8 glaze 2 Boston Creme. 6 glaze in a box and 2 glaze and 2 Boston Creme in a box. What a mess. Never again. They are always out of certain doughnuts. Your best bet, go to Walmart. Packaged nice, taste better and no attitude. NOBODY RUNS ON DUNKIN, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Train your employees or CLOSE IT DOWN!!
Can't wait till the Starbucks opens up next to the fire station. This store some how manages to give me a messed up caramel macchiato every single time I go there. The customer service is just as bad. Save your money or go to Starbucks.
Every time I come here when a manager is not present, the service is absolutely horrendous. Waited in line when no one was there (inside or outside) for over 7 minutes before even getting acknowledged, well we had ask if someone was there to get a “we will be with you shortly”. Seems they need to have more people that value customer service working. I typically never rate this low, but this location has been like this for months now and a manager should really inspect what is happening.
If I can give a zero I would. My family and I will never dine in or out of this location ever again. We went through the drive thru and when I checked our order we were missing a wrap we paid for. I went inside with what we were given and my receipt. I was very polite and explained I was missing a wrap and showed them my receipt. When I tell you the staff was very rude and unprofessional that would be an understatement. Only one young lady took the time to listen, look at the receipt, and agree we were missing the wrap we ordered. One young man who was working the window told the girl making the wrap If it were me .... then a minute later he made another comment Where 's my food ... I had my kids with me so of course I stood calm and very polite even thanking them for making the wrap and we went on our way. My family and I will make the drive to the new location going towards Venice even though we would be going out of our way. This location doesn 't deserve my business nor my money. This location needs a serious overhaul on employees as well as management.
