Amazing Taste - North Plainfield

The food here was to die for. We ordered a smorgasbord, chicken wings, fried shrimp, baked chicken, turkey meat loaf, Mac and cheese, collard greens, string beans, sweet potatoes and banana pudding. EVERY item was amazing. It’s as home cooked as you get.

Stumbled upon the establishment today.I ordered fried fish yams and Mac n cheese.10/10.Im a NYC girlie but this comes close to hometown food.Staff was friendly will go back.

Mac and cheese , candy yams are my fav… but that cookie cream pudding…. A taste of heaven

We've been here a few times, and this time, there was one guy working the front alone, and he was overworked and had no help insight even if there was someone there floating around. I hate seeing things like that. So, extra tip for my homie working hard. The food was great as always, and my daughter loved her baked chicken and Mac and cheese.
