The employees do a good job and the quality of the products are on the spot with the other chain shops. The only thing I want to emphasize is the inconvenience of the drive thru. Mostly at all times of the day the ride thru is overrun causing traffic problems and parking frustration. There is a whole empty lot next to Starbucks, that would be nice to add for Auto Queuing.
I love Starbucks. ALL staff are always so friendly, helpful and friendly. If the CEO could only tell ALL companies their secret to the best employees, then the working world could be a better place!!!
Gave it four stars for customer service experience. Tried to order ahead on their app but payment would not go through. Found out later per cashier that after reaching 100 orders online they apparently turn off the app feature from processing. Drive thru line was extremely long but moved steadily. I love this place but they need a bigger parking lot with entrance and exit signs. Drivers were entering and exiting both way which created alot of confusion to see who would go first. Coffee tasted great and was greeted wonderfully by the employees which took the stress away.
