Waited in line for almost 20 mins for only a scoop of ice cream, when its my turn, the girl was like oh you have to pay 1st!, i was like oh where do i pay? she was like over there i looked and there was a huge line! why am i supposed to go in line again for only a scoop of ice cream??? and then a girl name AMBER , started yelling at me in front of all people and said YES MAAM YOU WILL HAVE TO GO IN LINE AGAIN, YOU DON'T READ THE SIGN ? uhmmm no honey i didn't read your ugly tiny sign. and she doesn't have the right to speak to me like that in front of everyone. so upset! worst customer service EVER!

I've always liked this location. Its always clean and the workers are kind and friendly. Coffee is always fresh. The service is great. The only problem I have is the donuts are as fresh anymore and they dont open 24 hours.

Their blender for making milkshakes is always broken. It's been broken for 3 months now. Franchise owner is obviously incompetent to run this place. Why advertise for milkshakes when you can't ever sell them? Worst Baskin Robbins, go to any other location where their equipment actually works.

Google said they were open till 10pm got there at 8:51 and they were closed. I called and the boy that answered the phone said oh yeah we didn 't change our hours on the internet . I said what time do you close he said we close at 8:50 . Crazy!! 8:50pm Crazy!!

The place is understaffed and I understand that. However the people were just mean and rude and the ice cream was disgusting! It tasted freezer burnt and my husband's peanut butter sundae didn't even have peanut butter on it. It had chocolate and caramel. As a customer I try to be understanding and polite and nice because I know places are struggling but what happened there was just unacceptable!
