After repeating my full order three times, I only had to be informed that they had no frits as it was 10 minutes before 11. I said, okay, they accused me, and when I came to the next window, I realized that the blessed said extra ice. I told the woman who handed my drink twice that it was wrong, and she just stared at me empty and then left. With all the ice in there, I have about 4 ounces of sweetness. I wish I had just waited for the next McDonald's or left somewhere else. Had got my tea and pommes and probably better customer service.
Food was fine, the attitude of the workers was not so great. I'm not so sure I'm coming back to this.
I liked the food, but just after making sure the order was correct, still got a wrong a strawberry frozen drink instead of the mango I ordered.

Made my 1st order through the app and when I went to the store to pick up my food the cashier told me my food wasn't paid for. When I checked my bank account I had 12 processing transactions from the one order I placed through the app. The cashier was super rude and the store manager didn't know how to work the app or how to help me with the situation. Let's get it together people if the cashier doesn't like her job get another one but don't be rude to customers and clearly Mcdonald's needs to offer better training to their store managers. Safe to say I won't be using this app again or returning to this store.
