Panera Bread - North Miami Beach

We stopped here while we were in the area just for coffee and a bagel. Service was friendly and fast. Coffee and bagel delicious.

The worst panera in town, cashier (young girl with disgusting attitude) don't like to work with customers, bad manners, I ask for coffee that I have to wait 15 minutes until she was ready to talk to her friends to fill the coffee again, the cook came to my table to fight in front of my family because it was late and they didn't want to work (African American man), unfortunately it was again today. Because of her and her disgusting attitude and her involuntary look, we didn't ruin our evening. Corporate should consider training these people or replacing both of them, so the image of the entire brand isn?t dirty. I've loved Panera for over 15 years and never had such a terrible experience as I met in this place.

They lack products that need to be available in certain days. Looks like the whole staff is changing. The Bagel's Tuesday has always been missing Bagels in the morning. They never have fresh products and always lack warehouses. The managers are very rude when you complain about the situation. Only the participants worth going to the store, they try their best to fix the problem. But honestly, I have to go 4 miles away to Hallandale Beach to have a good service store. And the next one is 0.2 mi from my house. It's just overwhelmed!!

This place disappoints me every time. Today (10/19/2022) I filed a delivery order containing 3, Pick-Two combos. When he was delivered, a bowl of soup was missing from one of the combos and one of the sandwiches had rotten avocado, a sheet from the outside along with the other blows I had chosen. Apart from today, my previous orders were also constantly wrong, they would claim to have a product available online, but in the store, it is another story.

Excellent service and fresh food. I also loved the new self check out; easy to use! I will be back
