Night Owl Cookies - North Miami Beach

We ordered cookies in the other night and we were very disappointed. they tasted processed and closer to store purchased cookies and do not make them fresh.

The cookies are good but the black lady with the honey blonde hair who works at the North Miami Beach location will cause you to lose money. I am one customer who definitely won’t be back because of her.

Staff was ok.Cookies were garbage though.As someone who loves sweets... These absolutely failed to hit the mark in everyway.Way to sugary.Raw cookie dough.Lack of flavor.Almost positive these are frozen, shipped, thawed and reheated.Most the reviewers giving good stars have never had cookies like Cindy Lou's...We would not go back.

Not only are the cookies super fresh but, they gave my daughter free ice-cream with sprinkles! Best gourmet cookie place hands down! They're also open late.

The cookies are amazing!… The s’mores cookie was my favorite!…The cookies was warm when I got my box… These cookies do not disappoint!… Delicious
