Speed in service as well as quality in food. Atmosphere that exists in the surroundings. Located at 163 St and 11 Ave NE

Our coffee was warm when we got it. The second pot was hot. We used the 55 and over menu, which is not listed here.

Building too old, stinky-stinky inside, food not delicious. Waitress on the phone walking and serving. Very unprofessional. 22:10. Ugh do not come!

This IHOP was amazing! It was was clean and accommodating, especially because we had luggage for a cruise. The restaurant is a little smaller than other IHOPs I've been to. But that's OK! Just means the staff can focus on your needs better. The waitress, Anastacia, was an absolute delight and focused on all her customers extremely well.The food came out correct and yummy. The entrance is the only thing I would have and issue with. It's not wheelchair accessible in the front. The the steps have no railing for support.
