We had a delightful afternoon tea with delicious food that we couldn't finish. Tom F and Sally provided excellent service and made our afternoon lovely. I would definitely recommend this place. We enjoyed lots of tea and a bottle of Prosecco as well. Thank you!

The staff at this restaurant were friendly, respectful, and attentive. The food was fantastic and we enjoyed every bite. We were able to bring our dog with us to our table in a section of the restaurant that was pet-friendly. We had both dinner and breakfast there, and breakfast was especially delicious with a cold buffet followed by a full English breakfast. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the ability to charge the bill directly to our hotel room. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again. Thank you.

The themed afternoon tea at this restaurant is excellent. They easily accommodate gluten and dairy free diets with plenty of choices. We tried the Harry Potter themed afternoon tea and were very satisfied with the service and food. We left feeling very full and happy.

We took one of our customers for a retirement lunch and was really disappointed. We have visited a number of times before and the food has been delicious. The fish was burned and really dry, the steak pie hardly had any steak in and was also burned on top. Someone in our party had a chicken burger which was dry and over cooked. Such a shame it wasn't up to the usual standard.

Fantastic new menu, food was outstanding the chef is so talented. The serve is amazing nothing is to much trouble. Great atmosphere.
