Pizza Hut - North Liberty

The ordering process was quick and easy. The order was finished before the specified time. Customer service was great, fast to get our order, paid and out of the door.

They're fast and I have everything I wanted. I hope my pizza spots will do for me in the future if you don't have them.

Your food is always good and usually they get it right. Last night I ordered a pick-up order for my husband. When he came home, I realized that the two orders of cheese sticks were missing. I called and was waiting for a while. It took about 5 minutes to find out. As soon as he did, he didn't even say sorry or offer to deliver them. He said it was refunded in 7-10 working days. My son had friends to use the cheese sticks! They're teenage boys. In any case, the customer service was a bit disappointing last night.

Simple online ordering system. I gave an order to deliver later on the day and get it in time! Very practical. Thank you.
