Equi's Motherwell - North Lanarkshire

This restaurant used to be the best "Equis" restaurant, but since changing ownership it's the worst!! The milkshakes used to be so thick and flavorful, but now they're basically just milk... Prices have gone up as well, and they've gotten rid of their Monday deal. If I could give less than 1 star, honestly I would...

I frequently bring my son to this restaurant because he enjoys the milkshakes. However, I find them to be quite expensive. It would be great if they could lower the prices.

I visited family on a beautiful sunny day and couldn't stop thinking about getting Equis ice cream on my way home. The staff was friendly and created a safe environment. They had a great selection of ice cream, cakes, and sweets. I absolutely love Equis. Thank you, guys!

Save time and a que go to the Hamilton store limited selection despite it being mid afternoon seams that school kids were in before we arived

Placed an order with them and didn't receive it for over 2 hours. I phoned after an hour and was told it would be there soon then phoned after two hours and was told the driver had broke down. When I asked why I hadn't been informed about the delay, since I had already been in contact about my order, I was just ignored. Will never order again.
