Brewers Fayre Bellziehill Farm

Was here last night and back again today. Couldn’t fault the place. Food was fab and the staff were great (Heather, Lauren, Kathryn, Callum, Amy and Brooke). Won’t be the last time we come here as great value for money.

Visited this restaurant with my son for breakfast. Staff were friendly and service was excellent . Restaurant was clean . Cooked breakfast was delicious with a good selection of items as were the continental options . Will definitely return!

Awful awful food..... eating here all week cause i'm in the hotel for work.... Carvery on Sunday... stood and waited for the chef to appear for 10 minutes..... cauliflower was watery, carrots were freezing and solid, roast potatoes were powdery, you could of stabbed someone with the parsnips and the gravy was like running water. Chicken and ribs Monday.... ribs were cooked to the point where it would of went up in smoke if cooked any longer Spicy chicken wings and burger Tuesday.... chicken wings were really good.. burger was horrific, don't know why but the bun fell apart and was too sweet to be a savoury item! Spicy chicken wings and lasagne Wednesday.... Because the wings were good yesterday i ordered them again... what a mistake that was... they came out with so much sauce on them i thought it was soup and they were far more spicy than the day before to the point i struggled to eat them and i like spicy food.... the lasagne made me get up and leave!! know how you get microwave lasagne?... i would of rather had that, didn't know if i should use a fork and knife to eat it or drink it through a straw, and thank god i never dropped the garlic bread or it would of left a mark on the floor it was that solid. only reason it gets a 1 star is cause they staff are nice but dear god sort that kitchen out!!!!

The food at this restaurant was delicious. Our family of 8 went together and we paid for the kids to play in the soft play area. The kids' meals were tasty and a good portion size, although they did not receive the two sides of vegetables that were supposed to come with their meal deal. When we tried to order ice cream for the kids (which was supposed to be included in the £5.99 price), we were told we would have to pay extra because we did not order it at the beginning. The starters for the kids were 99p each and the main meal with two sides was £4.99, but we were not allowed to have the ice cream. The toilets were dirty and we did not feel comfortable using them. Despite informing the staff about the issue, nothing was done to clean them. Overall, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of attention to detail at this restaurant.

The staff were polite and the food was good. However, the order was incorrect. We were charged for and given food we hadn’t ordered mistakes happen. However, when we went to order the kids desserts we were re charged because we hadn’t order them with the starter and main it’s supposed to be a 3 course meal deal! Out of principle we refused. Very disappointed!
