Baldasara's - North Lanarkshire

I ordered fish and chips and 2 kids meals from this restaurant. I was told it would arrive within 50 minutes but it actually took 85 minutes. When it finally arrived, it was cold and tasted like it had been reheated. It was so bad that I had to throw it away. I called the restaurant and the person on the phone wasn't very sympathetic, just kept saying sorry. It seemed like a young girl and no one came on the line to try and resolve the issue. I have ordered fish and chips from here many times over the years and it has usually been very good, but I have noticed a decline in quality recently. This was by far the worst experience, and on top of that, the poor reaction and service. I will not be returning or ordering from here again.

Not nice at all. Placed a order online for collection (as I live not far from it) went to collect AND..............was told food wasn't available. That's it. No apology.......No money.........No refund either

Been coming here for years as it’s the best chippy in town I normally have fish and it’s cooked fresh while your there Always disappointed if there’s no fritters later in the day Prices are reasonable Most importantly food is great

I left as soon as I saw the server handling the fish with her bare hands and then licking her fingers. It was disgusting.

I don't normally do this but waiting on a delivery hour and a half and little one can't stay up any longer. Live in the area never use them again no excuse for that.
