Stylus Lounge - North Hertfordshire

My husband, son, and I went to Luna Cafe this afternoon. We were shown to a table down the corridor on the left side. Once seated, we waited for someone to attend to us but no one came. After 30 minutes of waiting and seeing other tables being served, we left due to the poor service. We felt disappointed and wondered if our experience was due to us being a minority. We left without any explanation as to why we were ignored, especially with a hungry toddler with us. We will not be returning to Luna Cafe in the future.

I visited this local cafe for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. The food was decent and the eggs were particularly delicious. I also appreciated that the cafe is dog friendly. I would recommend this place and will definitely visit again.

I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant, well worth the wait. They also serve delicious coffee and cakes. I enjoy dining at this cafe and the food is always excellent. I like to support local businesses whenever possible. Thank you.

The staff were excellent, despite it being rush hour , when my elderly mother fell off her chair. Thank you to the kind staff involved in fixing things for us.

I ordered a coffee and scones I sat outside shortly after was presented with a coffee. As I waited at least 12 minutes my coffee was getting cold. I cancelled the scones. But paid for the coffee. I was told by a young waitress I should have I wanted the scones with the coffee. Well so if you go there do inform them. The scones are ok I've had before. From Aldi
