Pizza Gogo - North Hertfordshire

The pizza was fantastic and we really enjoyed it. The quality of the pizza was perfect. We will definitely be back again and will be recommending it to our other friends. Thank you, guys!

Manager wasn't polite and I felt my food my prepared in an unhygienic manner. I hope that any other customers didn't experience this.

Ordered a pizza from Just Eat while me and my partner were in a work meeting (around 5pm if I recall correctly). Double checked the order and the confirmation email, both saying 9pm. After less than 60 minutes my partner's dad texted him, saying the pizza was already there. Called the restaurant and someone who supposedly was the manager starting shouting on the phone, saying he couldn't do a refund and that wasn't booked for 9pm. He did hang up the phone twice, at the end he sent someone to collect the pizza. We had to call Just Eat to get our money back, if it was just a mistake would have be cool, as we both work in hospitality and can understand someone messing up orders. The main problem it was how the situation was handled by a manner less manager that couldn't even understand what the issues was. I already ordered from here in the past, once, and always been the last choice as the dough is incredibly stodgy and oily without any reason. I do not recommend this place for food or service, literally the worst in Hitchin.

Pizza GoGo is located on Bancroft, right across the road from Sainsbury and close to Regal Chambers. The pizza place is quite popular at night and it is quite good food too. I ordered the vegetarian hot pizza to go, and it was actually really good. Good pizzas at a reasonable price and with quorn alternatives. I really liked it very much. I will definitely come back again.

We used Pizza GoGo for the first time at the weekend and although the pizza was a little dry and could have done with more sauce it was not bad at all and we will be back
