Fabio's Gelato - North Hertfordshire

First time visiting the Letchworth branch the range quality of the gelatos are just as fabulous as the Hitchin branch! Sitting in the sunshine reliving summer holiday gelato tasting but only a cycle ride from home! Yummy

We visited as a family of 3 on a Saturday night hoping to get some waffles. We ordered three waffles each with two scoops of gelato. The gelato was lovely good amount of variety sadly no coffee flavours. The waffles on the other hand were pretty dreadful. As this is a dessert restaurant you would expect freshly made waffles especially as they cost £8 each however the waffles were the small square ones you buy in a multipack that you warm in a toaster or microwave. What then happened was as soon as the cold ice cream was placed on top, the waffle became hard and crispy. You could only hack through it with a knife. So disappointed to drive all that way to get a waffle you could buy at Aldi that was hard and unpalatable. The gelato was lovely but the waffle was terrible

I’ve not been disappointment , it’s all been delicious and I’ve so much more to try…. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family

Had the best customer experience with the lovely ladies in letchworth Where so helpful with helping me choose flavours and allowed tasters what’s a big bonus especially as it gave me a chance to know what I was getting next time :
