Told they weren’t open 20 minutes after scheduled open

Decided to treat myself when I rarely do with prices now. The employee ignored and kept taking with other employees for a while. When she greeted me she mumbled something and said she was just complaining . We all have bad days, that 's fine. She was not friendly or helpful. She made my drink in like 10 seconds and it tasted like mostly milk and no flavor. For spending almost 6 dollars on a drink I was disappointed in the quality but the rudeness more.

Trrrible customer service, slow, rude, don't know how to make drinks. Why bother giving them your hard earned money? Go to Dunkin down the road. There's a short gentleman who works here by the name of Mike. He's a total jerk and curses under his breath at customers. I heard him do it with my own ears. Should be fired

Closed more than 20 minutes early because they were “short staffed”

Small seating area. However, the same great Starbucks great service and product. After shopping alongside the upscale target shopper, a nice Starbucks treat is a great topper. It's a great meeting spot for singles (I heard) also.
