Ronaldo's - North Hampton

The two dishes(seafood alfredo and 3 nut gnocchi) we got were so bland. I had to add heaping amounts of parm cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes and it still had no flavor. The seafood alfredo had whole cloves of garlic floating in it. It was disappointing, especially for the price. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 4

Hadn't been in a few years and I will say it was very good and just as I remember it being years ago . Our server was pleasant and informative. She suggested a nice red wine and also a signature cocktail. We both got rhe seafood and pasta in a nice cream sauce. The portions were huge and every thing was cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend stopping In and enjoying this hidden jem . Ronaldo's has been a staple for my husband and I since moving to the area. Gone are the days of building your own pasta, BYOB, and the food being served in skillets. The new ownership has changed everything. The service is still fantastic, no changes there. While the food is good, the prices have skyrocketed and the quality does not justify the prices. The pasta dishes are fairly priced but the appetizers are ridiculous. $20 for mozzarella sticks? I believe they need to redo their menu a bit. Two changes that are appreciated is the attention to the reservation system and the addition of the new cocktail menu. Their limoncello margarita was perfect. Wow! We love the “NEW Ronaldo’s!” As self proclaimed foodies, we have pretty high standards when it comes to quality Italian cuisine- The new ownership has revived this restaurant and turned it into a place where you can go for delicious, authentic Italian flavors! The new menu is excellent! We love all of the gluten free and vegan options! The zucchini linguine with meat sauce is my new healthy favorite! The meat sauce is amazing! The wine selection is VERY good! Paula, one of the owners, was our server- she is super knowledgable and gracious. We are thrilled to have the “new” Ronaldo’s in our little corner of the seacoast! Been dining at Ronaldo’s since it was near the beach strip. Followed them to Rte 1 and visit at least 1 or 2 times a year with family while visiting the beach. Enjoyed soup and salad with dinner over the years but was sad to see with the huge price increases that they both were eliminated. Not sure that we will be going back.
