Bidra med feedbackDo you know when something is wrong but you can't put your finger on it, well, this establishment has that air. Nice enough place, well dressed staff, uber busy, but! One tends to think when everyone is scurrying around on the deck, but the boat's not moving, that the Captain is to blame, this place has that air. So, what's the gripe, mmm What do I seek from fast food, the answer is in the title, er fast, was it, er nope. What else do I expect, in this instance from burger and chips, you got it, HOT, was it...go on you guess...defo not. So, who did put the Grim in Grimsby, easy, this place.
I visited at 9:30pm expecting a WARM burger. I ordered a double quarter pounder and a cheese burger. When i received my food, my quarter meat was very dry, when i had a bite it dried out my mouth. I then took this back as a complaint and expected fresh meat in return. It was the same just slightly warmer. But it was edible. My cheeseburger however was revolting! My meat was so dry it was like a hockey puck. It was the WORST cheeseburger i have ever eaten at any McDonalds i have been to in the world. Things must improve before i go back there. I often go to meridian point and there meat is always pretty fresh on a night. Follow E-production and the problem will be solved.
Every time I visit this drive through there is an item missing from my order. How hard can it be to count the items in the bag ?? I bet this branch has one of the highest profits in the group robbing customers of what they have paid for On this occasion my order was through just eat and you have to wait 2-3 days for refund. Having stopped here after a long drive from fife scotland, I was absolutely humiliated to be told my £20 NOTE was to be taken from me to the back office to be scrutinised as it was a scotish note. The young girl who served me had certainly never saw a scotish note so called on a lady supervisor who herself had no clue what on earth it was. You would have thought I had monopoly money, hello we are all part of the uk . Time so e customer training was given to staff and to let them know we are all part of the uk. I hope you rectify this procedure and soon. There was a lovely girl called becki who cleared up after us as we were eating outside with kids, she was so lovely nothing to much problem. All the food was good.
On my last two visits to this restaurant, I was disappointed to find that the food was cold when I got it home. Despite only living two minutes away, I expected the food to be hot and fresh. Unfortunately, I will not be dining here again.
