Mcdonald's - North East Lincolnshire

Since you've got the audacity to charge for sauces then you could at least be so kind to out them in the f g bag. Honestly. My 8 year old could do this job more effectively. Have you ever tried eating 5 mozerlla dippers bare back with no sauce? Dry I tell you. Sort it out, bunch of adults can't remember to put sauce in the bag wtf

Food only just warm. Staff more interested in talking to each other. No straws, serviettes ect. Mc flurry looked like a 2 year old had prepared it.

Order was wrong , food stone cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The burger looked limp and unappealing and certainly nothing like the photos you see inside. We put it straight in the bin.

Use this McDonald’s quite a lot due to how close it is to my holiday home. Have to say I’ve never once had warm food, warm drinks or even the correct order. I’m not sure how hard it must be to read a slip of paper but the staff and management do an excellent job at butchering my order. Is it the complete lack of brain cells in the kitchen? The lack of brain all together? Utter clowns and even worse hospitality. Unfortunately due to the ease of “fast food” I’m a victim to it quite a lot however the point is it’s “fast.” How fast is a 10 minute wait to be served cold chicken? Probably just stay away, daylight robbery.

Potentially the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. I live local to this McDonalds so whenever I’m fancying some fast food it’s always convenient, however after recent experiences I find myself driving into Grimsby just to avoid using this awful restaurant. Firstly, the queues are always ridiculously long which makes receiving your ‘fast food’ hard work. Once you do eventually get the food you ordered, it is completely stone cold! The food is definitely sat there waiting for a very long time until you reach the final window. Unfortunately this isn’t just a one off issue, this is reoccurring and hence I won’t be using this place again.
