Sheetz - North Chesterfield

I used to love Sheetz. But now you can never order the delivery because they do not show up with your entire order and never get anything right. They used to be so close to things, but no longer as close as I will never come to this place, EVER AGAIN will do it like irresponsible and inappropriate by the staff. NEW

Love the free air and the fantastic environment. The staff always makes my funny hot dogs without question.

For the first time to visit this place for some gas and take a lunch. Orders and pays for a smoothie and some packs. Have the smoothie quite fast, but wait for the food super long. Stood near the tables for about 10 min to just find out no one began to make the order. It wasn't even busy when I was there, just one job before an employee noticed I was on my food. About 5 employees behind the counter, all talking and joking, with only one actually tends to the frit. I was not able to wait as I had a previous schedule to which I had to tend. I got a refund for the food I never got. A rather disappointing first time in this place. I don't know if it's just that day, but there's no second chances for first impressions. Unless you are able to wait for quick food, and have a patience of a monk; I will try to avoid the order from this place.

I like the store okay, and it 's near my home. Just wish they would select another channel on the TV other than CNN while waiting for food or lottery tickets. I get enough of that network in the airports. How about some HGTV instead? I suggest your customers would rather watch delicious meals being prepared and tours of beautiful homes, than what passes for news on the CNN network. My dental office has HGTV showing in their reception area and frankly, as a customer, it 's a calming relief to watch non-political programming during these polarizing times. What can be gained by potentially alienating 50% (or more) of your customers? Far better to pique their hunger for food and beverages!

One of the best gas stations in the area. The employees are really nice. If I need to grab something quick and eat or drink something while I?m in the car I?ll come here any day. The gas is quick and easy to use and if I accidentally go over they always give back my change.
