Update: Owners responded to my review but DID NOT ADDRESS THE SMALL PORTIONS IN THEIR REPLY. Guess it’s not something they care about.Review: Food is good but the portions have gone WAY, WAY, DOWN! Do they think customers will keep coming for MORE MONEY but LESS FOOD?? Go to the one in SHORT PUMP if you want to get your moneys worth! Also, EVERY and I mean EVERY time we come here the tables are nasty and the trash cans are full. I went to EVERY table and could not find a clean one. Ended up cleaning it myself even though we were the only customers in the place. The staff just stood there and watched me do THEIR JOB. At least have the courtesy to say thanks! Whats odd is when you first walk in you get the impression the place is clean but this is an illusion due to the vibrant colors used, in reality and upon closer inspection neglect seems to rule the day. To sum, food is good but SMALL portions and atmosphere is NASTY. I think it safe to say I am done with this location.

I've been goin to this location for 2+yrs sometimes 3 to 4 times a week that has NOW CHANGED to once a week told all my friend about the food but not any more service went down the drain since Marie Krystal left always smileing welcoming as soon as u walk in ..if the other location wasn't too far i would NEVER go to this location on midlothian turnpike.. this service is the lowest for your buck.. iam very greatfull they have a new Manager Ciara she is great very aware of the lack of attention on the line she acknowledged u as soon as u walk in with kindness i repeat with KINDNESS!!and customer service is getting much better iam sure she mentioned to employees. . I've walked in the door and they see me they run in the back laughing giggling acting like they busy have me waitn for 2/3min+ for service..one thing i kno never debate with anyone sharing ur food u Dnt want that Energ,ly!! that's not happening nomo thanks to the New Manager Ciara... also was giving false information by one of the new employees told me iam only allowed ONE SCOOP FALSE not worth it for the price .the crazyest thing she also said that i couldn't get any more eggplant because they need to save it for the nxt day it was close to closing Woow!!... Now i know they make there food fresh daily so what really goin on...smh.. no one there seems to have corporate number I have ask several times....HOPEFULLY wit the New Manager Ciara doing a great job they weed out the weakest links ,Troubleshoot these drastic Issues tighten Up..

O M G! Super good food, super nice staff. Excellent service, large portions. If you are looking for a healthy meal composed of quality protein, fresh veggies, and healthy grains with a Mediterranean twist, look no further! My daughter has an egg allergy and I think it's awesome that they have all of the ingredients and items on their menu listed out by special diet and allergens. They even have kids meals. It's laid out like Chipotle where you choose what you want going down the line. They have a lot of variety to choose from. Definitely a place I'm going to be taking my family when I'm too tired to cook dinner! This is exactly what I've been looking for quick, healthy, and kid friendly food at a low(er) price point.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options include white basmati rice, brown, basmati rice, bulgar pilaf, falafel, all of the toppings, all of the sauces, and all of the sides and sweets.Dietary restrictions: They have something for everyone! The allergen and dietary menu is on the back of the menu.Parking: Parking right out front and on the sides. I don't think you'll have any trouble finding parking hereKid friendliness: Kids meals and lots of kid friendly items on the menu!Wheelchair accessibility: This place has lots of handicap parking and is wheelchair accessible.

I went to this Mezeh today, the food is very good. I would recommend it to anyone, the girl who helped me was very friendly and smiling, but they should have more staff. I had to wait a long time to get my food. I saw that only one girl was working on the line and no one was helping her. they should have more staff

I've always loved the food but called several times just now with questions about a large order and no one picked
