Burger King - North Chesterfield

Absolutely ridiculous I was cursed at in the drive thru when I politely asked the girl to stop with the attitude . Then the manager comes out of the back and proceeds to tell the young lady she does not have to take our order ......... Ghetto as ghetto gets Never will return to this location.

I have never seen a restaurant manager be so rude and disrespectful to team members as the one in this location. Honestly, I have no idea how he keeps the store staffed unless it’s out of utter intimidation and fear. He’s very over inflated and I’d never work for anyone that spoke to me the way he speaks to his team members. It is so offputting that I refuse to go back there.

I'm not sure if we showed up during a shift change or not. While the fries were hot, the burger was cold. It's supposed to be king of the burgers, you would think that their burgers would always be hot. It was an order that was eaten inside. There wasn't a reason for the burgers to be cold.

Greeting was not welcoming. My daughter took two bites of the impossible whopper and ate two French fries then threw it away. She didn't like the taste.

Great food. Used the mobile app and got a great promo as well
