Texas Roadhouse - North Charleston

It is always a good alternative for you to enjoy a delicious meal with your friends or family. They wait about 20 minutes to have a table. The costume service is excellent!

This Texas Roadhouse is always slow. Our waiter took 20 minutes from sitting to get our beverage order. We have placed our entire order at once and did not get our food for 1 hour. My wife ordered her steak medium well and I rarely ordered my medium and they both came out very rarely. My wife couldn't even touch her. Nobody asked how our food was. Wouldn't return.

A truly despicable experience! This was last Sunday (26 June). The place cannot get the steak temperature properly; Medium good to them is well done. Manager didn't seem to care. It took us an hour to get our steak and then she wanted us to get a replacement steak. We had no extra hour to waste so we rejected the offer. Our server wasn't very attentive. When she was asked for A1 Sauce, she tells us the Texas Roadhouse Steak Sauce is A1 Sauce... Why doesn't it taste like the A1 sauce? She assumed it was our first rodeo. They give you the rolls, but no saucers. When we asked for saucers so we could eat the rolls, she took a long time to bring the little plates. Avoid this place for a long time.

Absolutely the worst. Staff thinks it's a socializing place instead of a business place. Always waiting for our food, only the steaks cooked so wrong. Finally, the manager, if you can even call him that... came by, and after they had already waited an astronomical time, they immediately saw the food and knew it was terrible. Said, should I make new steaks? I said I hate to wait longer, but that was good... When they came out, they were not cooked properly. So, back to the kitchen goes the food. Then it'll be overtaken. Have things we have ordered or have not brought out basic necessities. We were barely given pommes, and when we asked, she said it's weight. Really asinin, because we've been eating at Texas Roadhouse for years and years. No children's menus were offered, and when I asked the manager at the beginning, I went back to the door. He went into the basket where they should be, seeing that it was empty and told them to give him one from behind from the counter. I noticed there were no coronations, and I asked, he said no, we don't have one. It was very little soap in the bathroom; and my daughter and I were with soap in the sink, and an employee used the sink with NO soap. 70 bucks wasted, and I know without a doubt that they don't care.

We visited this restaurant on 06/12/2022 and I 'm here to tell you, it 's so hot inside here. If you want to roast like a turkey in the over then go ahead and have fun, You too can have sweat running down your forehead while you eat. I believe the 30 minute wait time along with 80 degrees inside there is enough to make me not come back. The food isn 't even worth the price tbh. Also, why do you have a 20 something oz tone but don 't offer a smaller portion? ? Fix that and I may be back in winter. But I 'm not going to go spend that much on a 23 oz t bone steak like for 1 I can 't eat that much and 2 it 's the best steak there is. The others just can 't compare. EDIT, who gives 7 steak fries for a serving?
