Bidra med feedbackI was there about 30 minutes ago. The service was slow. I ordered 4 Soft Shell Tacos and an order from Nacho-Fritten. With a drink. After I sat in the snake for almost 20 minutes, I got my food. Usually they get my order right so I never see it home. But this time I came home and I got the Nacho-Fries. They also gave me some beans Burrito, which I did not ask and a hard shell taco. WTH is. In any case, it must be better. Willn't you go back soon?????
In no one was to pay attention in the registers or to one customer, Lord knows how long he stood there, not to mention, he was in the drive thru and had to come to get the rest of his order, in had to say that someone came to help this Lord and then serve my two employees and my self, they all seemed very rude and fast with attitude.
I've been here a few times and each time they needed up my order. When i asked for mild sauce they gave me only three for a very large order. I thought they were suppose to at least try to make the customer happy but not at this location
The customer service was very nice! I gave 4 stars because ... there's nothing worse than getting all the way home ... your order is messed up. Not enough to call complain, but messed up all the same. Attention to detail people!
For the last and final time these people at Taco Bell on Rivers Avenue have got my order wrong I would an excessive amount of time in the drive thru expecting the food to be made correctly. but what I received shouldn't even be considered as food. just kind of randomly throwing together with bits and pieces of rice and steak pertaining to be burritos you would think for $4 a piece they would make them correctly. I mean how hard is it to make the food look like the picture or to use portioning cups to make sure the standard stay the standards no worries about me coming back to get my correct food I've already gotten home after driving in the rain and I'll never come back thanks a lot for ruining Taco Bell for me
