Great customer service and professional as well as Great food

Owner yelled at the little girls for not handling my pickup order (child labor laws??? when he was just sitting doing nothing. Then he gave me attitude the whole time. Horrible customer service. Glad I just came as a dasher because apparently they have a roach problem.

VERY POOR SERVICE -I ordered delivery from this place and the Chinese man that delivered my food was very rude he called me because I he couldn’t find my house during the conversation he was being extremely rude all because he was lost. Because of his rudeness I ended up just telling him I didn’t want my delivery anymore and he ended up cursing me out. Will never be ordering from here again!!

Rude as a customer and even when I pick up as a dasher

Everything we have ordered here in multiple visits has been very good. There are many similar restaurants around Charleston but nothing compares to the flavor and consistency of this place. It’s family run and they are very nice. We have never had a bad experience here. The sesame beef is so flavorful and tender. The wonton soup is very close to what you would get in NY. You can easy in at a few tables or take out and they also deliver.
