Bidra med feedbackI eat at this location a lot. In the last 2 months about 10 xs. It’s always crowded I live an hour away. But today I was starving and the young lady at the front with burgundy hair checked us in. I already knew it would be a problem because whenever she works she always not paying attention and people will go ahead of your party. As if she picks who she wants. Mind you it’s only when she’s working. Well today she let 3 parties go ahead of us. One party I heard ask for a table. The other the same and 3rd of course the same. Then when I asked the young lady lied saying they pre reserved. The last family specifically told me they just walked in because yes I walked over and asked. The manager was no better. She just wanted to rush talk and get back to the back but made sure to rush us in a booth first. . Customer serves is longevity and thankfully there is more than one Longhorn. I will be rerouting to Columbia if I have a taste for this place. I’m literally typing this and waiting on my food. Been here since 3:00pm. It’s’ 4:25 pm. The manager came by later to apologize and I appreciate it. But I am giving this Longhorn a break .
The waitress was nice and professional, the other employees was rude. They sat us by door where they cash out the customers orders. Just too much foul language coming from that area to enjoy my over cooked food.
I LOVEEEEE Longhorn ! I come every chance I get . I recently got the lambchops and they were amazing. I usually get a steak or parmesan crusted chicken ! I definitely recommend.Kid-friendliness: My baby also loves the food
Wait wasn't too long, providing it was prime time on a Friday night. Food was made just how u wanted it, I also had a very nice server.
We visited the restaurant yesterday. We're long time customers for years (over 15). Yesterday was our last visit. We were welcomed at the hostess stand and seated promptly. However, we sat for almost an hour waiting for our food. We did not order appetizers, just entrees. We asked for a manager. When she came, she did not make any attempts to remedy the situation. She said she'd look into it, but never came back to the table. Her suggestion was that chicken takes longer than steak. We ordered chicken. We also noticed other patrons that came long after us received their food before we received ours. We felt as though they just wanted us out. We packed our food, settled the bill, and left. We will not be returning.
