Ocha Asia sushi cuisine

This was our second and last time dining at Ocha Asia. Our waitress had zero customer service skills. My husband's seaweed salad was half frozen and there was no apology. The second one brought out seemed like they just took what we sent back and nuked it. We sent it back again and said to take it off the bill. No apology or attempt to ameliorate the situation. It was a seaweed salad hard to mess that up. Chicken satay was small for the price and had a strange flavor. Husband's roll was smaller than what he typically gets when ordering sushi. None of his other sushi/sashimi was anything special. Very little attempt at a nice presentation. He went by the sushi bar on the way to the men's room and said it looked really disorganized. My steak hibachi was overcooked, and it was a nearly $30 menu item not acceptable. Our waitress never came back to our table after the dinner was served other people came to refill water and handle the bill. Overall hugely disappointing. I rarely have negative reviews to write, but this felt like we wasted money and time and were treated poorly. Oh and it took them 3 days to post our Open Table points so that I could get the opportunity to write this review.

The food was ok but the service left a lot to be desired

Favorite sushi pizza. The best! Great creative rolls.

My niece and I always treat each other to Sushi for our birthdays. We will be back!

Delicious food at reasonable prices! The staff is friendly and the food comes out in a timely fashion. I’d definitely recommend!
