Papa John's Pizza #3210)

Worst, worst!!! Customer service!! I like Papa John 's in general, but will never order from here. Lack of language skills is not an excuse for bad service. Ordered 4 xl pizzas, asked for more garlic sauce. Response? No. I asked if I could buy extra.Response? No . No explanation, no reasons.. simple no.

Refuse to deliver my pizza to a carnival lot extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone claim the delivery driver didn't exist but the driver called me and asked my exact location and called me back and said his manager canceled my order

I placed a order for pickup, the food was good and fresh and the lady behind the counter was very polite. I will be coming back again

On 4/6/22 at 6:34 pm, I called the store and requested curbside delivery as advertised. I infomed a lady who picked up the phone that I injured my leg so I requested curbside pick up. The lady told me that nobody was available to help me and hung up. Isthis how they would treat a disabled person? I am glad that I am not disabled because this store would not have accommodated myrequest. Corporate Office will hear about this.
