Dunkin' - North Brunswick

I'm here out of town. Very far from home the roads are difficult to navigate. There is a Dunkin' Donuts right next to the hotel I am staying at. I walked across the lot to them just to pick up something to eat. Not a lot of availability close to where I'mstaying. Their Lobby doors were locked and said it was drive through only. Or I'm staying you have to do a lot of driving to getto anything close because of there are no left turns. Tried to open the lobby door door was locked employee outside said drivethrough only. There was a matter of 15 ft of grass between me and them. And they wanted me to drive a total of over a mile justto go through their drive-thru. You would think something so close would allow a walk-in visit. Very disappointed don't everdepend upon them even if they are your closest location to get something to eat

I happened to stop in late morning of Election Day and they were very apologetic that they were almost out of donuts but they still managed to get me a good dozen and they were nice and fresh.

The staff appeared to lack experience. For instance, I ordered an English muffin, but the cashier tried to ring it up as an egg sandwich without cheese and egg, which was priced at $3.79, instead of just the English muffin for $1.59. The clerk argued with me until I insisted on the correct order.

The coffee varies quite a bit each time; sometimes they forget to add the ingredients they mention, resulting in either watery coffee or plain black coffee. However, other aspects of the experience are excellent. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

Literally the best Dunkin' I've ever seen! Correct orders and polite staff, highly recommend!
