Bidra med feedbackI had a good experience here. only waited 20 minutes to sit. the appetizers came quiet, but my servant was not where to be found. I had to ask other waiters to help me with serviettes and refills. a good place to hang around and drink some drinks. hopefully next time I will get better attention food: 5/5

We were last weekend as a group of 4. although the restaurant was 70% empty, we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. do not understand the reason, as some customers have even dimmed and gone during this time. but our waitress, after we set ourselves, was pleasant. I noticed that she has not written any of our orders and was concerned. it has every single job, including the pages. it was perfect! the food was cooked well, my father loved the steak and I liked my grilled chicken. I wish I had noticed the names of our waitress, she was the best at her jobhad to reduce a star because the camouflage of the staff at the front
When we went there, the waiting period was over 45 minutes, although the half of the tables was empty. Not sure what was going on and when we asked if we could take one of the open tables, they said ok. eating was good and they have some very good options. and they made us very fast.
Food is good and service is good. However, the manager Chris is the reason for my 1 star review. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant. A few months ago me and some friends went in and ordered some food among the 4 of us. When the bill came to our table I just paid it without thinking much of it. We left the restaurant and I got a notification on my phone that showed on my card statement $50 more than what I had paid. I figured it was a mistake so me and my friend went back inside to get it sorted out. Our waitress was very politely and understood but needed to grab her manager to sort it out. Chris the manager came out of the back with his backwards baseball cap and didn’t believe me even after I showed him the charge on my statement. He thought I was lying and then proceeded to tell me that it was all good because they had been paid on their end. Chris I know you guys are good on your end the problem is we OVERPAID and just wanted some sort of reimbursement. He just kept saying yeah we’re good on our end I don’t know what to tell you. He then told us to call the store the next day which I did, they never refunded the money. A lost cause as this point, it’s a shame because everything is good about this chilis except for Chris. Maybe I’ll see if I can find out the nights he doesn’t work.
