Which Wich - North Browning

This location is horrible. They don’t have ice for drinks, the guy didn’t tell me they haven’t had ketchup for weeks until my fries came out, and they haven’t had the treat that comes with kids meals in weeks either.

Years later I give Which Wich another chance and it 's from a different location. Ruben Sandwich WAS DRY DRY DRY! I specifically asked for Heavy Sauce and Heavy Kraut! I got th opposite!? Dry, old bread!? Difficult to swallow! $12 for a large!?HOW DOES THIS RESTAURANT STAY OPEN??? INFERIOR SANDWICHES

It’s just not worth the price. I mean, if you’re going to charge $9 for a simple club or sandwich, it’s gotta be like top notch. I didn’t get that at all today when trying it. Deli meat was okay, cheese was shredded? Bread kind of crumbly with a slightly weird aftertaste. I don’t know, I love trying new things but I do typically stick with Thundercloud and Jimmy John’s, bc I know that they are consistently good, and worth the price. Even Subways pretty good, and you get what you pay for, but you like it. You’re pleased. This sandwich place is steep and you’re just not getting what you pay for, sorry. It’s not bad, but it’s not like, “wow, that’s worth $8.95!” Just telling it like it is, with hope for some improvements.

Ran into the same problem I 've had at other locations today.. I wrote 'add bacon ' on my sandwich bag and then the cashier repeated it out loud when I paid, but somehow it didn 't make it onto my sandwich?! Of course they charged me for something that they didn 't provide. Which Wich doesn 't care or probably even know what is going on in their locations... this is the same reason I stopped going to a different location same incompetent staff, just a different location

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I felt like I was an inconvenience . I walk in , he yelled at me for not having a mask, I went back in after finding one in my car . I walk back in to see him not wearing one . Starts cussing at all the “online orders .” Very uncomfortable. I know it’s a little harder to find workers these days but yikes. This kid shouldn’t be working with people. I won’t be back .
