Potbelly - North Browning

Every time I come to this location the tables are always dirty. I did speak with an employee but she had a poor excuse. There is no reason for these tables to stay dirty for that long. I hope they read this and respond with positive action so when I go next time I see a difference.

Food quality vs cost ratio is average at best. Too easy to find a better sandwich for the same price at Jimmy Johns, Schlotzskys or better yet a local shop.

Just happened to be in the area and needed some soup. Best decision ever. Great menu, service was fast and friendly, place was clean and smelled great. 100% coming back.The Carmel apple cookie was at best 6/10 but everything else was outstanding

This was my family I first time coming to Potbelly. As we explained this to the you lady with the bandana on she still continued to make me and my family feel incompetent for asking questions. When we would ask she would reply in a rude and condescending manner. Loved the food but the customer service was horrible.
