Jimmy's Pizza-north Branch

Last two times we ordered chicken it was over cooked and dry. The skin was so hard it was inedible. The first couple of times the chicken was great! Don’t know what changed.

Only pub would make a mistake..correcting a mistake. We used to love the service....left a very bad impression. Management was rude and unprofessional. Wow is all I can say!!

We had the worst pizza ever from Jimmy's. It was undercooked, and it took over an hour to be delivered. There seems to be some serious mismanagement happening there. We won't be returning. Goodbye, Jimmy's.

The manager is confrontational and quite rude. They really shouldn’t be in a customer service role. It’s very disappointing.
