Bidra med feedbackGreat discovery in the city! we had the misery and the tsukemen. both were delicious and tasted really authentic, similar to those we had in japan. miso ramen is not a joint offer in Australian rammens steered so to find that one of these good was a double bonus. they can taste the nebula in the broth, but it was not overpowered. their tsukemen noodles, while not as thick as those they usually get in japan, was still resilient and chewy and well paired with the delicious dipping broth. the chashu was also great. all the workers in the kitchen and outside are Japanese, so that was another time for us. if we lived in perth, that would definitely be on our list of stems!
Really tasty smokers in a non-fuss art of the device. I wish her menu would cater more to vegetarian, as my partner had to order a soy sauce rays, which had essentially nothing else but nudge, early on onions and half a boiled egg. her aburi Cha-Shu is the bomb!
We tried the original ritter and the Cha-Hurry. they would also recommend both dishes. ramen does not taste authentic, there are haufen better rammenfugen near. my friend had the Cha-Shu-Curry and she is completely dissapointed. there were only 4 pieces thin cut pork with a huge amount of rice and simple curry sauce.
The beautiful lady who served us was a joy! great customer service. delicious predators and the best fish teriyaki I have ever tried will be back. can share the bill by card.
These guys do a miso or soy broth, rather than the tonkatsu one. the aburi (flamed) cha shu was nice, but other than that the miso broth was pretty average. adding the garlic condiment made it a bit better, but otherwise i’ve had better depth of flavour at other places. the serving size is smaller than other ramen places like Keisuke and Hakata Gensuke, but it’s also cheaper. the ramen noodles are the curly type which i didn’t like, but that’s just personal preference. don’t think we’ll be back as i’d rather a bit more at the other places for a fuller-tasting broth. service was not as friendly as other japanese-run establishments, but it was fine.
